If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products we would like to know this as soon as possible so we can respond appropriately. But also your ideas, comments and suggestions concerning your experience with DEAD CLEAN are more than welcome.  If you have a complaint or a suggestion please inform us using one of the options below.

Do I have 14 days to change my mind?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer you a 14 day return service free of charge. However, all items must be returned to us in a saleable condition. They must be returned unused and in their original, undamaged packaging. 

Please contact us before you return your products. We will be glad to further assist you.

Can I return my products at all times?

We offer you a 14 day return service. The costs for returning DEAD CLEAN products are for own account.
When and if returning your products, please consider the following terms and conditions:

  • Cosmetic products may only be returned unopened and in their original packaging for hygienic reasons. Unfortunately we will not take back any opened tubes or bottles.
  • We are able to process your returns and exchanges only when the order is returned to us in saleable condition, in original packaging and in a sturdy return box, faulty products excluded. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show wear and tear or other damage inflicted by the customer.

Tips: always ask for proof of postage at your post office when returning an order. Open your shipping package with great care to keep it in good condition if you need to make a return.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

As soon as your return order has been accepted we will refund your money within 14 days.

We find it important that you know when to expect your order. Therefore we will confirm the following information by email:

Who manufactures our products?

All our cosmetic products are designed and manufactured by Luxury Hotel Cosmetics based in Sassenheim.

Are our products natural?

We use natural sustainable and organic ingredients when possible. For everything nature cannot provide we use safe alternatives.

Do we test our products on animals?

We never test our products and ingredients on any animals. 

Do our products contain any animal derived ingredients?

It is our policy not to use any ingredients obtained or derived from dead animal material for use in any of our product lines. 

What should I do in case of a possible skin reaction?

All our cosmetics have been dermatologically tested by independent laboratories that are subject to strict ethical rules and regulations. Our products are always tested by enthusiastic volunteers. Unfortunately, an allergic reaction may always occur. We advise you to contact a dermatologist who will be able to determine the cause of your allergic reaction.

Do our products contain Parabens or other harmful ingredients?

None of our products contain Parabens or other harmful ingredients, such as glycols and diglycols (such as propylene glycol), PPG’s, urea, PABA and other synthetic sunscreens, phtalates, fumarayes, synthetic AHA’s/BHA’s, polyacrylamide, methacrylate, elastomer, poloxamer, styrene, vinyl, nylon, nitiles, nitrates, bromates, fluor.
